How can new Users/Schools get started?
Please write to us at sales@niftysetsolutions.com with the School name and Location. Our team will contact you and work with the School transport team for more information.
I am not getting real-time location of the bus.
It may be due to low GPS or Network connectivity in that location where the bus currently is, but the location on the map will get updated automatically when the GPS/Network is available.
How ETA is calculated?

Starehe Smart Bus application and systems are equipped with premium Google maps services to identify right ETA by considering bus’s current position and traffic.

The ETA is calculated based on the sequence of children in the route. Please note that if the attendant fails to mark a child’s attendance who is in the previous position or the driver decides to pick up in a different sequence, your child’s ETA will be impacted.

I am subscribed to Starehe Smart Bus but I am not able to see my child in the Starehe Smart Bus Parent App list.
Please notify us by writing to support@niftysetsolutions.com mentioning your child’s school details. We will coordinate with your school and will enable your number to track your children.
Why am I not getting notifications sometimes?

The following are some of the reasons:

  • Low power in your Smartphone
  • Enabled energy Saving mode
  • Do Not Disturb Mode
  • Allow push Notification permission
  • Low Network or Wi-Fi connectivity
